NEW LIFE
HUBERT SENGA
Hubert the founder of Generation Aid and co-founder of The Kakuma Art Project had not painted since school
but wanted to experience the art workshop as the participants do. On canvas, he captured the feeling of arriving
in a new land, filled with hope, and the bridge to a better future, a safe home, and a welcoming community.
In Kakuma, he has built that life: meeting his wife and celebrating the birth of their baby daughter.
